These terms define the operating rules for using Voz during early access and MVP launch.

Service

  • Voz provides AI search visibility tracking, reports, alerts, and related analytics.
  • The product monitors prompts and answer-engine responses for brand visibility and competitive context.
  • Early access features may change as we improve the service.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate workspace and billing information.
  • One account may not be used to abuse, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Customer data

  • You retain ownership of the brand, workspace, prompt, competitor, and report data you provide.
  • You grant Voz the rights needed to process that data for operating the service.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential trade secrets, or regulated data as prompts.

Billing

  • Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled through the billing portal.
  • Trials may pause access when they expire without an active subscription.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policy shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Limitations

  • AI responses are probabilistic and may vary across runs, regions, models, and provider updates.
  • Voz does not guarantee a specific ranking, mention, source citation, or business outcome.
  • The service is provided on an as-available basis during early access.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription or delete your workspace from account settings.
  • We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms.
  • Deletion may permanently remove prompts, responses, metrics, reports, and related workspace data.
